Best place to report firmware/software issues
Where is the best place to report firmware/software issues?
Would it be here in a forum and if so, which forum? With the tech support chat? Is there a support ticket system?

This forum is only a community of people helping each other - its not Prusa Support, which is what I think the OP is referring to.
The github page mentioned above is the place to go 😉

Jkavalik has the right answer so marked it as the Best. Reporting issues directly to Prusa is always done best via GitHub and always check if your problem has been reported already...

Thanks for your help.
However, I have posted there and not gotten any response from Prusa so that is why I asked in the general forum. I have not found an official software issue notification procedure.
I don't know how well Prusa monitors the forums as they are for the user community.

These forums are user to user, Prusa Staff very rarely look here.
The Official place to report issues is on GitHub. Your posts there will be read and if they have something to say they will... They don't answer every post but take on board what is being reported.

I used the github to report issues/enhancement, but not much gets acknowledged there either.

As I said, they may not reply to every report but it all gets noted... Remember they are not support staff, they are developers, the haven't got the time to reply to every post individually. Just keep reporting things and eventually it will get worked on... or not as time, ability, hardware allows!
