when did you order? support told me a week ago it would be in production this week (lol) and now they tell me " there is still some small delay with the orders that needed those additional updates/survey, but we will be able to ship it in a few days finally". I'll be surprised if my day 1 order ships this year at this point.

I ordered my two upgrade kits on 04/01

Did your machine have the other (silver) power supply and other cables? Curious which they are shipping at the moment. My order was 04/03, so I am hoping for good news soon!

April 1st,  My machines have the black power-supply and the newer bed power connectors(5 screws I think it was)  and according to the form didn't require any extras. to upgrade.

I placed and paid my order on the nineth of may (for Germany).

Filled out and send the Questionnaire immediately (owning a two years old original MK3S+),

the 31th of august is now 11 days over.

And - of course - its not delivered.

The problem is: as i printed the last weeks some stuff, now my nozzle needs to be replaced and

the heaterblock needs cleaning, so i have to reassembled it (I knewed that a time ago). 🙄 

I would preprint the necessary pieces for the upgrade, but i'm a little bit confused about the versions.

Which is right?

I ordered my mk4 upgrade March 29th within an hour of release with an initial tentative ship date of July 10th, its now September 12th and it has not shipped. I understand the supply chain issues as i work in the automotive sector, but support keeps stringing me along with "next week" or "the coming days", while i see orders from 1-3 days after being shipped. Its hugely frustrating and largely disappointing.

I just got notification this morning that my two upgrade kits ordered on 04/01 have shipped.  I expect you'll hear something any time now.

I would not reach much into that.  I am sure they have some sort of regional shipping schedule.  

For example, I am sure that they do not ship to all countries 7 days a week.

Chuck, you are right - maybe. But this method is really frustrating. My order from 3/30 is stil "new". So I´m waiting for 5+half months for my upgrade, and - by the way- I´m also waiting 22 months for my XL. My last order  from Prusashop ( some spare parts - all in stock) - waiting time 13 days. One question - are they able to fulfill any order in time - I mean in usual time?
