Nothing here either - ordered back on April 3rd, got the survey about the machine configuration weeks ago and submitted that right away. Mine has the normal black power supply and normal cabling, hoped that would help speed things along, but nothing. Have tried contacting customer service twice, got generic replies saying they had no clue when it would ship, hopefully within a month. Not many companies take all the money up front and wait 7 to 9 months to ship with no information on when it will be. Not happy with Prusa on this one!

My status has changed to „in progress“. So hopefully I will get it soon. 

I also was thinking about canceling and buying a P1P instead, but:

- I already have two fdm printers, I don’t need a 3rd one. 
- The P1P is also not perfect and has some problems, and you don’t have such a great community as you have for Prusa printers.

I thought about that too, but the same issue, bambu has less community and less support, and is close-source. I enjoy tinkering and modifyijg printers, the only this about the bambu that intrigues me is the AMS, but not enough to buy the printers.

Thats good news, so they are shipping some now. When did you place your order? Might give a clue how far out mine is from shipping!

EDIT: looked back on this thread and saw your earlier post that you ordered on April 1st. Mine was ordered on April 3rd, so that makes me hopeful. I hope. Maybe. Really wish they would give more information.

I admit I gave up and switched to new kit last week. It arrived today. Selling my old mk3s via eBay paid the the difference (and a pizza).

Likewise I did the same I didn’t order my upgrade until May 23rd on the basis I’d be waiting till December or longer so I upgraded for the full kit only an extra £200 and it got delivered last week and I haven't got to print anything so we’ll worth it, don’t cancel lads & Lasses just upgrade.

Hmm, I´ve tried chat. Twice.  On 21st of august thex told me " your order will be shipped at the end of the next week o week later". Today they told me " your order will be shipped at the end of the next week o week later". Universal answer and very professional and serious access, isn´t it ?

I doubt it.  They have a long-standing history of upgrades.  That is the problem.  So many printers with so many levels of upgrades.  They oversimplified the ordering process and it did not account for one to two issues that come up with a couple of variants.  Highly reliable organizations refuse to simplify in order to prevent this.  Hopefully, they learn from the mistake.

Unfortunately, it looks like they are not learning, and this attitude is a huge disappointment. I ordered a printer set, delivery time was 6-8 weeks. it changed to 10 weeks one week after ordering, and then to 12 weeks after another week.The 12 weeks have passed, the delivery table was updated yesterday, we smuggled in another week of delay. Maybe 13 weeks to process my order.Oh, and I would like to add that the free filament filament is not in stock and cannot be ordered. I hope that's why the delivery is delayed again. Never again PRUSA...

This would make me sad since I was "one of those people" lol.  As chuck said though, it's probably not all the parts and maybe a part here and there.  I printed two batches, one for each of the two MK3->MK4 upgrades I ordered, in a nice lime green abs.   Last time I talked to prusa, my fully assembled 5 head XL and my two MK3->MK4 upgrades were expected to ship in second half of september, so crossing my fingers...

Yep - it’s disappeared from one of my collections on Printables, as I had it bookmarked for easy finding later. People had been asking for the list of parts and update STLs for some time now. The comments list there was littered with people who had printed the parts in anticipation of the kits - and now it looks as if they will be reprinting…

I looked more closely the page you linked this morning.  Very cool!    It has good explanation, the various revisions, and verbiage about what is compatible with kit, and upgrade.

I´m in very similar position. only my 5head XL is semiassembled. For XL i´m waiting 21 month, mk3s to Mk4 upgrades more then 5 months. No comment.
