The print Files are Back. There are new (to me) xLCD-Covers (R2 and R3) and the new Supports for the Covers. It is depending on what the PCB says, which one you would have to print. And the only parts i printed were the xLCD supports. Yay.

Seems that my order is now moved to week of August 14. 🙁 One good thing that I'm too busy to assemble the upgrade, but I'm waiting impatiently. 🤣
Sounds like supplier(s) are struggle to keep up with Prusa's demand - perhaps step motor or something else? During my peak of iRacing time, I know someone who manufactures simulator pedals, he relied on suppliers to produce the parts he needed to assemble the pedals. Supplier would have made the time table for him or limit parts per week or month. He would post on the iRacing forum and tell people how long will it take for them to receive their order.
It's similar situation as Prusa is having right now. I don't mind paid in full and I will know that I will receive the order no matter what.

I don't think they purposefully delayed shipping, or were dishonest about it, just that other factors get in the way sometimes. Unforeseen manufacturing issues. Supply shortages, and so on. Outside of their control. But I do agree that some degree of transparency would have been ideal, with a better idea of shipping schedules rather then having an open 1 month time window! And I certainly agree they should not hold on to money for several months if they cannot be certain about shipping schedules - a deposit with payment prior to shipping would be ideal.
Or maybe a cheap way to borrow money for 3 or 4 months ;-( I think it would be more fair if a small deposit was taken up front instead of the full amount then take the balance just prior to shipping, and be honest up front with delivery dates, as previously stated Prusa must have all parts as ready built MK4's are being shipped

So another week’s slip. Anyone who ordered on the 29th is apparently being fulfilled from week 28 though 30. I’m now in week 31 (w/c 31st July)

And the 3s -> Mk4 pre-sliced build plates are available on printable too. There’s no printed parts shipped with the exception of the fan cooling duct which is in ASA. The parts with text on the full kits and assembled printers will get stickers in the upgrades.

Unless I’m reading it incorrectly I ordered on 25 may and it looks like I’ve been pushed back to late September so we’ve slipped from 7 weeks to 5 months that’s really not good enough.

I understand delays but updates would be nice. Preferably updates I don't need to go search for.
For the amount of money paid someone need to come up with a list of customers and let them know what's going on before we all bail.
