The first maybe 4 layers seem to be shifted in x direction regarding to the rest of the part
Hi Forum,
since i started printing with the MK4 i have some strange shifting in the layer stack of the printed parts as you can see in the following images. This happens on the x-axis only.
On the left is a completely printed part, on the right only the first 4 layers. This shifting only happens when printing the first maybe 4 layers. After that the part looks good (despite warping of the left part; because of no clean surface, so ignore it for now). This happens even when restarting the same part at the same layers. That's why i don't think that it is the printer mechanics.
Here is the first part where i was able to find this problem. Strangely the fill was placed correctly, but the walls weren't.
Printer infos:
Software: Prusa Slicer 2.7.2 (happens on Prusa Slicer 2.6.1 too)
Bootloader: 2.3.4
Firmware: 5.1.3+13503
Buddy Board: 37
The gcode viewer shows the part like it should be. Maybe starting at layer 7 the part looks nice like it should be.
Anyone out there having a good idea to fix this? Thank you.

Hi Forum,
it seems that the screws of the gearwheel have come loose after a few prints. Have to check these screws every few prints.
Bye
