Some kind of layer shifting?

Set up my enclosure and factory-assembled Mk4 a few days ago. Seem to be running into some kind of layer shifting issue. First noticed it when trying to print out the rocket gcode file that was included with the printer.

Someone on reddit suggested checking the belt tension, so I used the Prusa Tension App to correct both the X axis (was too loose) and the Y axis (was slightly too tight). Then attempted to print a dice tower to see if the issue had been resolved and I'm seeing what appears to be the same issue.

(Forum kept rejecting the media uploads due to server issues.)

Filament:

  • Prusament Royal Blue PLA

Settings:

  • Rocket: Used included gcode file.
  • Tower: 0.2 Structural with Input Shaping

Setup:

  • Factory Assembled Mk4
  • Enclosure with doors open.

RE: Some kind of layer shifting?

Update: Spent a long time chatting with support. Current theory is that there is something wrong with one or more of the bearings that were used in the factory assembly. They are shipping out some new bearings so that I can try swapping them out to see if it helps.

1. Please show pictures, so we have a look.
2. If there is layer shifting, first to check what direction is the shifting? X- or Y- (or both).

We will do what we have always done. We will find hope in the impossible.
