I upgraded my MK3S to a MK3.5 this weekend and have no audible sound either. I can hear very faint beeps when pressing my ear against the lcd, but that is just about it.

I contacted Prusa support and they asked me to upload a video of me browsing through the menus. So I did and to my astonishment, the guy says: I can hear the beeps, while there are only the clicks of the button to be heard.

I attached that video here. Can somebody tell me if they hear the beeps too?

And is there maybe someone with functioning sound to upload a similar video for comparison?

After about 7 days, it stopped working at all.I therefore created a support ticket with Prusa. The first employee assured me that the problem was known and that the problem was a software problem. To verify this, I downgraded from version 6.0.0 to 5.2.2. The sound doesn't work there either.I then opened another ticket and will receive a new display in the next few days.Is this a hardware or software problem, can anyone answer this question?
