MK4 -Y-Axis and Z-Axis self-test started to fail

Hi there, i have MK4, assembled in Dec2024. Up to now, there were no problems. Yesterday I even printed successfully a model.

This morning when started another print, after changing PETG to PLA, the Nozzle cleaning (initial step of printing) kept in loop and basically falied. I noticed that the axis Z status said 0.0 even if the head was really high.

So I started Self test, and Y axis now fails with not obvious reason. (the rods are clean, lubed, no obstructions, bearings are correctly positioned, cables are fit). When moving the bed forward, it kind of hits the frame, as it not aware of the limit.

I even flashed today the FW.

Any ideas?
