Just learn from my experience.  Context:

MK3+ user building a new full MK4 kit.  2nd day, 3 successful print. BUT 4th print on new MK4,  THIS HAPPENED.  What happened? Not sure but! Ripped print plate, flung off heatbed and then scratching heatbed.... nozzle dislodged and damaged ..  

1. Triple Check you tightness if the nozzle screws

2. Don't leave too early and check the first layer.  (Don't start a print before kids bath time)

3Any other watch outs / suggestions on why this may have happened.
