go to one of the Prusa3d Web pages and wait about 3 seconds, the 'Chat' option should appear in the bottom right hand corner of the web page. e.g. prusa3d.com

I suspect the chat service will have a significant wait time today because the Core1 KIT is scheduled to start delivery today.
emails are not particularly quick but they will get answered eventually.
I Use chat most of the time.
