print triggers smoke detector

hello everyone, today a jop went extremely wrong. in the middle of the first layer everything burned up. i printed petg at 220 degrees as usual. i have absolutely no idea how this could happen, are there any ideas or suggestions here where the error was?

possibly your thermistor came loose!,

maybe the mosfet which controls the heater went short circuit!

were there any screen messages?

I don't remember a message on the screen, I pressed reset too fast. the possibilities you mention sound permanent, but the printer is still working and just doing its job again as intended.
