MK3.9S Loadcell troubleshooting

I have finished the assembly of the upgrade MK3S+ to MK3.9 and started the selftest. Sad to say, the test on the Z axis failed and I got the Homing error Z message, "Failed to home the extruder in Z-axis, make sure the loadcell is working." Error 27301. I checked the trapezoid nuts and tried to follow the Loadcell troubleshooting, where the "loadcell white pad" is mentioned. But I can not see any white pad in the loadcell. Where is it and what have I missed here?

Thanks for the answer. I can see the black pad and it is without any damage, but the test still fails. How can I solve this?

on My mk3.9 (which does have the white cover,
I ended up flicking the nozzle with my thumbnail, during the test... but I found the test period, quite difficult to use...

I am not sure that I understand. How did flicking the nozzle with your thumbnail solve the problem?

RE: MK3.9S Loadcell troubleshooting

I re did the  load cells calibration  and had to flick the nozzle to pass the test. Then z axis passed for me

Ok, I tried that without any luck. I do not know what is normal during this test. I noticed that during the Z axis test, there is a lot of knocking and vibrations and the right end of the X-axis goes a bit lower vs the left side.

I made a mistake when I mounted the xBuddy box cover with M3x10 screws instead of the M3x6 screws. This made the left side halt.  Sorry that I did not realize this error earlier; my bad.
