THERMAL RUNAWAY (PREHEAT HEATBED) Replaces both thermistor and power cable and still fails.

Temp climes slowly to about 30* then it fails. I have the MK52 heatbed and noticed the front and back of the heatbed are heating up but the center going across from side to side is staying cold. Im guessing the heatbed is dead.
