MK3.5s Fails Heater Check
Heater check, heater test. Whatever.
Mid print my MK 3.5s was stalled because the hot-end was cold. Had cooled sometime during the print. Now, it absolutely won't pass a heater check.
This started as an MK3 and has had all the upgrades up to 3.5s with the MMU3 and I'm on the latest firmware 6.2.6. Along the way I converted to an E3D Revo 6, 60 watt heater and a Meanwell LRS350-24 power supply. This configuration has been working fine for years. Now I can't get beyond the heater test.
The nozzle temp gets to 290 very quickly, goes to 297, down to about 288 then up to 290, seems to stabilize and fails. I've changed the heater unit out for a new in the wrapper spare but get exactly the same results.
The bed heater temp is a slower movement and I haven't tracked it as closely since I'm more focused on resolving the hot-end issue before moving on to the bed problem. I'm willing to concede a potential thermistor issue there and I'm going to go ahead and order one.
This unit is dead in the water and I really need it up and running.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Well, maybe not dead in the water. I am able to print and as you can see the temps appear to be spot on.
RE: MK3.5s Fails Heater Check
So, nothing? Is this a completely new phenomenon?

SO the resolution in this case.
I got out the multimeter and checked resistance on the new heater core and it checked out bad. Brand new, out of the box it was bad. Replaced with yet another new unit and I'm up and running better than ever.
