M500 not saving values
I am trying to fix an extrusion problem, M500 on my old MK3 to write to the EPROM, all good. Upgrade to 3.5 with the Buddy Board and M500 does nothing.
Reading elsewhere this has been a problem for 3 years now and not being fixed by Prusa. How is anyone supposed to tune their extruder now ? How do you release a product that does not work properly.
Waiting for a reply as to when this will be fixed, or a work around.

Presumably there's a power cycle between your M92 and your M501? In my experience, the M92 persists until a power cycle, so the workaround is to put it in the start gcode for your printer preset. That way it gets sent every time you slice a model and send it to the printer.
