Is there any way to upload a file to the SD card via USB?
I have an MK3S+ and I'd like to set it up so I can submit print jobs remotely via the connected PC. I've had poor experiences with other printers printing via USB, which leaves me asking ... "Is there any way to upload a file to the SD card via USB?"

you can get wifi SD Cards that you set up as a network drive, and transfer files via wifi
Or you can get a USB Card reader and use USB to write to the SD Card then plug the Card back into the printer,
Or you can add a raspberry pi and transfer files using that,
of you can get a toshiba Flashair SD Card and transfer files to that using wifi... (I have not had much success with flashair. )
