Clogging in heat sink after a few seconds - new HotEnd
Hi,
bought a used MK3.5S. Calibration worked fine at the beginning except the Extrusion and Heating functions. HotEnd gots hot but the Thermistor didn't message a proper value I guess and No Filament was extruded. As the cable were still shaped of and the hotend seemed to be used a long time I bought a new one:

After mounting this, I got proper temperature values and the filament was extruded but just for a few seconds. Not even the first level test could get passed through.
Heard a clicking of the extruder but nothing came to the noozle. It seems to be that the PTFE Tube inside the HeatSink gots full of Filament and stucked there. By the way the old hotend even had a heatsink where it was impossible to look through.
Any suggestions

After Filament Loading (no Extruding) and unloading. The Filament looks like this. Seems to be that its getting hot in the middle, cause its thinner and not pushed through the noozle. But why
