Baffle Looks Good until I Slice it
I was trying to make a baffle. I made a small cylinder and a larger one. I separated the cylinders by a couple inches and used LOFT to create the baffle. In Fusion360 it looks perfect. I load the file into the Prusa Slicer and it still looks great. But when I try to slice it, the bottom cylinder is separated from the loft (screenshot file attached) and there are now 2 objects with a space in between.
I am BAFFLED (pun intended). There are some settings in the Loft command that I do not understand.

Not much to see from the png. For quality advice, upload the 3mf project file and/or the Fusion .f3d file. All files need to be Zip compressed, or the forum software will reject it (silently). Use the Attach file button below the text edit box to attach the file.

RE: Baffle Looks Good until I Slice it
Here is the Fusion360 file. I would love to know what is wrong but I just created another one in a similar manner and it does NOT seem to have the same problem. It sliced with no errors and did not change it to 2 separated objects. So no need to spend time on it unless you are interested. I probably need to experiment more with LOFT.
Thanks
Tom
RE: Baffle Looks Good until I Slice it
I was looking at this and the slicing problem seems to come from the introduction of the two holes in the bottom. If I delete them, it works fine.
If you wish to remove this thread, I would be fine with that. Not sure there is anything useful here for anyone else.
RE: Baffle Looks Good until I Slice it
The loft you used is a Surface loft. That doesn't give you a body usable in 3D printing. Use the loft command from the Solid environment instead. That should do the job. A few other things that could be improved to keep the design more parameterized but for a quick one-off, not really needed. But in general don't mix Solid and Surface commands—no good will come out of it.

Good to know. Sometimes you learn the hard way. Thanks!
