RE: Where shall we go? Where would you like to see Prusa at?
Prusa could expand by hosting more global maker events, adding regional support hubs, and collaborating with schools or tech centers. Many users would love to see Prusa focus on innovation in resin and multi-material printing, as well as stronger community engagement worldwide.

My prediction. 2-3 years from now, Prusa will have moved away from consumers and will be fully invested in catering to professionals with print farms and industrial prototyping. Maybe more involvement in the education sector? Regardless, it's just no longer possible to compete with the Chinese in the consumer space.
