Can you tell me what browser you are using and possibly include a screen shot?
I am using Firefox and have add-blocking disabled and I don't see it.

I just tried Chrome and I see it, because I know where to look.
I think vertical at the bottom of the sidebar is a terrible place. I would have never looked at the bottom right edge of a large blank space.
It is definitely not there in Firefox.
I still think it should just be a menu item at the top.

Unfortunately style is not a universal property. They do say ask 3 people their opinion and you will get 3 different answers. Now you know where it is you can at least use it.

A little more information.
I started Firefox with a new profile and no add-ins and it is visible.
I looked at the source for the web page and the word feedback doesn't occur.
I use the Firefox Facebook Container add-in to keep facebook from tracking everything I do, so maybe that is stopping something from loading that displays the feedback button.
The button pops up a tiny windows that allows rudimentary text entry. It is not conducive to providing real feedback, reporting bugs, or requesting new features.

Update: The feedback form disappeared again for me.
I found out this is due to the "DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials" extension in Chrome. Adding printables.com to the exclude list does not fix the problem. Only disabling the extension works.
