What to do with failed ASA prints?
Anyone know if this can be recycled or repurposed in anyway?
thanks

RE: What to do with failed ASA prints?
Our local trash collector says not to put 3d print scraps in their recycle containers, just put it in with regular garbage.
There were (before the Pandemic) some firms that would accept (as in not pay for) 3d print scraps, but you had to pay shipping.
If you have quite a bit of one color/type, you could try a RecycleBot or something like that and make new filament.

RE: What to do with failed ASA prints?
I have printed recycle bins for my individual types of filament. Now I collect them and will bag and send them to recycling with proper codes. But ASA is one of the strange ones since it is tagged as not recyclable in many areas. Not sure about the filament manufacturers and recycling as I am new enough.
