Voucher for survey
Has anyone else gotten their voucher from filling out the Prusa survey? If so, how long did it take? I took it a few days ago and have received no e-mail, and nothing shows up on my "vouchers" section on my prusa account.

Nothing here either, but there's still a couple of days of May left ("last week of May") so who knows they might still show up . . . .

Got an email with the voucher code today. Well it is not a printer, but way more than what I usually get 😀

Do you get a code per Mail or is the voucher directly distributed in the voucher category on your Prusa Shop Account? I've done the survey a while ago with the E-Mail i used to register for the shop and i didn't get anything yet.

A friend of mine, found her voucher in her spam
so it might have got filtered out of your main email box,
however on chat last night, i was told that they are still sending vouchers out in batches

I received an email, and the voucher code was available under "my vouchers" when I logged into my account on shop.prusa3d.com.

My voucher still hasn't arrived. I contacted Customer Support, I'll let you know what happens.

Apologies for bumping an old thread. I didn't receive an email about mine (maybe it got into my Spam box which I empty fairly regularly), but I can confirm it was in the My Vouchers section of my shop account; so it's worth checking there if you're looking for it.

I was pretty sure they said vouchers would be valid till the end of the year ... just tried to order and use my voucher ... valid till 31.12.2018 00:00 looks like I am 18 hours and 55 minutes late.

Yep My voucher was gone a few days before new years. Never got to spend it.
