Very poor support staff

Hi, I spent an hour with a support guy. He could not solve my problem. I asked him a few times if he knew what is going on. He had no comment. Then, he suddenly transferred me to another guy. The 2nd guy asked me to wait while he read through the previous chat. After waiting for a long time, he asked me what problem I am having! Didn't he read the previous communication the previous guy passed to him? Then, he told me to do the same things that I already went through with the previous guy. I told him that if he read though the previous communication, he would have known I had gone with that already. I asked him if he knows what is going on. He had no comment and asked me to repeat the same thing another agent already told me. I asked him politely to transfer me to somebody else. He refused and repeatedly asked me if I have done such and such which I did with the previous agent.

This is certainly annoying and I have also experienced it. After some research on the Internet and on the Prusaforum, I was able to solve the problem on my own, thank goodness. The employees of Prusa are probably overtaxed on all levels.

What problem do you currently have with your printer? Maybe you can get help here.

I also have the problem that the LCD turned blue often without anything on the screen. I had to press the physical reset button to reset it.
