@zoltan Sorry I didn't expect the discussion to go in this direction, I wasn't expecting help with troubleshooting since it's obviously broken, originally I just wanted to express my disappointment that for a premium product (and price) the support (speed) is not keeping up. As I learned that's partly my fault because I used email and not chat. Still I expected faster help. Thankfully this is just a hobby for me, and waiting weeks to get an issue fixed is just annoying but not causing financial harm.

Just to close this off: replacement board arrived and fixed the issue 😀
So after almost a month I'm printing again.
