I have bought the Core One about a year ago, and unluckily hit by the tariff for importing to US. Does anyone has experience of getting refund from the government?

Sigh.... probably a lost cost for me. I feel so disgusted that there wasn't any tariff when I order the printer, but tariff hit when the printer was shipped. Now the court say it was illegal and I cannot get the refund....

Noticed this on UPS's website

Under a phased approach, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is now accepting refund requests for tariffs recently invalidated by the U.S. Supreme Court. Phase 1 covers certain tariff payments made starting January 30, 2026, in addition to pending tariff payments.

UPS is processing refunds for eligible shipments where we served as the importer. We will expand our efforts as CBP launches future phases. We are committed to supporting our customers during the refund process.

Unless you paid with incoterms DDP as part of the deal, Prusa did not collect the money for you. You need to file your grievances with the shipping company.

REFUND!!  I am getting a bill from FedEx for $156 on my printer from 2/25 for duties and taxes.  I have been unable to get anything from Prusa on it since they were supposed to pay taxes and duties!!

Contact FedEx customer service. You might not have to pay it. I did that and they told me to ignore the invoice.
