Suddenly print lifting / warping off bed

I've been printing the same part for nearly 3 weeks now. Same file, same filament. But now suddenly, it's lifting off the corners. I've tried unloading and reloading the filament. Scrubbing the nozzle. Cleaning the surface. Checking the fan. Checking the settings. I tried slowing the 1-3 layer speed to 50%, but then turned it back to 100%. All of them are lifting up.

I've resorted to adding a brim. But even with the brim, it looks like the  print is trying to lift off the bed, but the brim is holding it down.

Before this, I've printed about 50 of the same part for the past 3 weeks without incident.

I'm baffled. Any idea what's going on?

Two possibilities:

Constant reprinting in the same place on the bed has led to a slow build-up of residues that are insoluble in your usual cleaning agents.  Try a deep clean with different solvents; have you tried dishwashing detergents (Dawn/Fairy) and HOT water?

Your nozzle may have worn meaning that your first layer (on older printers) may need recalibration or even a new nozzle.

Cheerio,

Agree, residual build up on the plate.

Print the part in a different position on the plate.

Also you mention you have been  printing the same part for 3 weeks,

Try a different filament, maybe it´s absorbed moisture if not stored in a dryer, and first without the brim.

50 parts over 3 weeks, I calculate a minimum of filament exposure  3 x 7 x 24 = 504 hours and this is before adding any print time.

so you must of changed filaments during that time? just guessing.

Cheers
