Strand is the website I built to help share and validate Slicer profiles that I have been sitting on for far too long and it’s finally time for me to share it with you!

  Strand is a place to share slicer profiles - you can download them here but more importantly you can also UPLOAD and REVIEW profiles for PrusaSlicer.  This way the best printing profiles are easily identifiable and accessible.

  My beginner’s frustration with failing to print with new filament gave me the idea to make a platform for sharing and reviewing slicer profiles.  Now that there are so many new people jumping on the printing bandwagon to help make PPE, I think it is important to give everyone access to this tool.

  I've been working on this for months and even though it doesn’t look like much (lots of on-going feature additions!) I have been really anxious to tell everyone about it!

  Please give it a shot - upload your favorite profiles and say what you use them for.  If you use someone’s profile then review it and tell them what worked or didn’t work.  Drop suggestions here or on the contact page!
