Specific part will not print straight up in the Z-axis

This specific part has continued to warp or print crooked. We have outsourced printing to another company and it came in straight, so it signifies that something we are doing is off. We have tried changing the fan speed and the part still does the same thing. It is currently in a controlled environment, around 72F.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ultimaker printer

0.6cc PETG

20% infill density

Triangles

0.15mm layer height

3mm wall thickness

240C print temp

85C plate temp

45mm/s speed

50% cooling fan speed

I also added a picture of a straight tower I printed to ensure it was not mechanical issue and it came out straight. Forgot to include this in the OP.

Why don't you contact Ultimaker, then?

Check if the printer is not skewed or twisted (but that would rather end in changes in one direction and not 'bend and go back'). Also double check the filament quality and the print quality - I think you may have a skipped layer about 2 inches from the bottom on the middle photo.

Another thing to check is for the drafts if this is an open printer then it may be worth to use an enclosure - even walking people can cause air flow which can cause things to cool unevenly and warp. Not to mention air vents from the ceiling.

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.

I am waiting for a response from Ultimaker, but figured someone here my have some input. This is an enclosed printer, so I am not sure a draft would be the issue.

I thought it was mechanical at first as well, so I printed that last column to see if it replicates the issue on another part...it does not. Then I thought something may have been wrong with the file, so we sent it off to be printed elsewhere and it printed fine. This leaves the slice setting and/or filament. We never print with filament that has been open for more than a couple of days, due to moisture. MH Build PETG is what we use.

I think the light just reflected off of that picture weird, as I could not find any misses in it.

Thank you for the reply as well!
