I ordered my mk3 kit on December 10th. Today I just got my tracking number and should be delivered by Thursday December 20th.
Lucky you. I ordered my Mk3 kit on Dec 7, and I'm still in "Shipping Soon" limbo. I wonder if it is lead time issues on the filament (one Prusament PETG Prusa Orange 1kg, and one Prusament PLA Prusa Galaxy Black 1kg) that I added to my order.

I've ordered my MK2S on Nov 26th and it still just shows FIO Paid... In the shipping table it currently says 3-4 weeks, but i think it will be delayed again 🙁

it changed to Shipping Soon for me to now, so I guess it's on it's way !
Don't be so sure. I was told last week that my MMU was shipping soon, and we are now 10+ days later and they still can't tell me when it will ship.

That really pisses me off. I ordered my MMU2.0 months ago. It was supposed to ship on the 10th, but still hasn't shipped. When I contacted Prusa they said that shipping was back logged due to Black Friday orders. Screw that, my order was in late August, why are orders that are coming in after my ship date getting out? I gave my them a two week buffer to get it my Xmas, and it looks like they can't prioritize correctly.

Okay, in your earlier post you said you placed your MMU2 order on Sept. 3rd, which I agree is pretty close to "late August", but just sayin.
And, neither of the 2 post above refers to an MMU2 order - one is for a printer, and the other doesn't specify.
Next, the last I heard they were reporting a frenzied 10,000 orders of MMU2's; so, they may have pulled resources from other activities to focus on getting product out the door while maintaining quality control - based on what I read, qc has maybe slipped already. Thinking about this may bring you some comfort.
But, and lastly, I agree that, as increasingly complicated as it must be, they should either maintain a regularly updated shipping schedule or suspend it.
Just trying to bring some perspective to this matter; so, please take it in that spirit.
And, where the hell is my MMU2 that my wife ordered in late October.......or, was it early November. 🙂

Well, I guess we can keep counting as to what 'soon' means. Really disappointed in the lack of communication, how incorrect the communication I had gotten has been, and how Prusa prioritized what got shipped and what didn't.

I've ordered two i3 Mk 3's since September and neither of them took ten days from order to finding the box on my steps. A couple of orders of other items from the e-store took even less, and that includes tracking from Prague to my doorstep in the USA.
Now, if I could get my MMU2... It's back-ordered, scheduled for February 2019.

Ordered on 27/11, got a notification on 10/12 telling me which be "shipping soon", but got nothing here, even a tracking number. 😕

Yeah, still on Shipping soon here. I used the chat (on Friday, I think) and was told that my order was good to go and would ship "next week", meaning this week.
If the issue was the extra filament, it would have been nice for the Prusa store to have offered to ship the printer separate and earlier than the filament. (They didn't.) Especially since the shipping charge went up when I added the filament so I'm expecting at least two boxes. It would have been nice to get the printer either right before or right after Christmas since I'd taken the time before Christmas and New Years off and could have built the printer during the days when I have off. I'm not expecting to get my kit until after the new year since it doesn't appear to have shipped out today.

Definitely contact support using the chat lower right on the logged in shop page. Did you order standalone or with other items which may be delaying shipment?

I have to agree. A lot of hold like the fire and forget of the email support, but the instant answer the chat is more productive. Email support often takes multiple emails.

Got my early Sept order last week, after having gotten a 'shipping soon' the week of promised 10DEC shipping and two "we'll ask shipping to expedite it" over the intermittent time whenI contacted the website chat feature. Got it mostly assembled, but I'm still putting my MK3 kit through some test prints to make sure it is kosher before I add the variable of the MMU2.0.

Oh yes, I got mine only a few days after I posted this, so it only took 3 weeks from order to delivery.
