Random access to Chat function
Over the last month or so I often cannot access the chat function. I can find no pattern. I login to site, but cannot find the Chat button. I have tried different computers, and different browsers.
Is there some sort of order that will make the Chat option to appear?

Try disabling adblockers of any type.
