Prusament pricing going over the top.
One year ago I paid 99.99€ for a 800gr, spool of PA11-CF. I checked right now and it’s on stock.... at 159.99€ !. 60% increase in one year. Really Prusa, this is way too much. You’re forcing us to search other brands.
Although most Prusament filaments saw a price rise in this period ( 10% or more ), for sure PA11-CF takes the crown in this aspect.
The only current bargain is the remaining stock of non NFC spools, that are heavily discounted, but those won’t last long.

Besides the increases to offset tariffs (I'm assuming this only applies to USD) I did notice that the price of PA11-CF skyrocketed suddenly. Maybe there is a shortage of castor oil? Don't know. I've been using PA12 nylons instead which are different (slightly more stiff) but they are cheaper. I'm not aware of anyone else producing PA11 based filaments beside Prusa.
RE:
My spool of PA11-CF purchased one year ago is still unopened. I grabed it back then just in case because this filament, like PC-CF, it's out of stock most of the time.
Curiously enough, there's another vendor in Europe selling it right now for 109.99 €. Probably they got their stock from Prusa months ago, before the price skyrocketed.
