PrusaControl and Slic3r not slicing entire part
I uploaded a picture showing Prusa Control before the part was sliced in Gray. And after slicing, (yellowish with GCode Preview). It doesn't make any sense as the cone bottom, (the bottom of the cone is actually at the top in the picture..it is upside down for printing purposes) is the same thickness as the rest of the cone. Furthermore I took the STL file to CURA and it showed during the preview as printing fine. As noted I tried slicing in Slic3r and got the same result..
The part printed fine but of course was missing the bottom of the cone, (when I say cone... I split a cone into 4 equal parts and the flange on the side will allow me to assemble.. the bottom portion does not have a flange and mates to a collar).

Thin Wall detection is probably biting you. How thick is the part wall in that area?
