PRUSA MKS3+ download error
This may have already been addressed, but we can't get the slicer program for our MKS3+ to work so we uninstalled and each time (at about 20 tries now) we get the following error. We are not very tech savvy, but I have tried everything and we still get the following error message. HELP!
PrusaSlicer GUI Initialization failed
Error parsing PrusaSlicer Config file, it is probably corrupted. Try to manually delete the file to recover from the error.
And then in smaller letters it states : The configuration file contains null characters.
NOTE: We already had it installed and used it for quite a while and then one day we tried to open it up for us and then is when we noticed this error for the first time.
I have installed and uninstalled about 20 times now. I am ready to throw this machine out the door. Help please
