Chat under the EShop has been super and has provided help every time I have used them. I once spent a couple of hours working through a problem with one of the support techs, he was handling others as well but he stayed with me till the problem was diagnosed and solved.

I have  also contacted support via email and got a response about 10 days later.. not the best contact method ..

We have responded within 48 hours to all 3 of your emails, but haven't heard back from you. To see the spare parts, you have to be logged in the online store to the account that you have used to purchase the printer (same email address).
