Prusa 3D Printer Extruder Jamming – How to Fix?

Hi everyone,

My Prusa 3D printer’s extruder keeps jamming during prints, causing inconsistent extrusion. I’ve tried cleaning the nozzle and checking the filament path, but the issue remains. What could be causing the jams and how can I resolve them?

Thanks!

RE:

Check for the following issues: Poor quality filament, incorrect nozzle temperature can cause the filament to not flow properly. The tension on the extruder drive gears can be too loose or too tight. You can try cold drawing (also known as atomizing) to remove any remaining debris inside the nozzle

What filament and nozzle diameter are you using?
