RE: Printing defect.

HI all.

Hope your all keeping well with the Covid19 !

I have had a printing problem with my Prusa Mrk3s.  I havent got the latest firmware.

If you look at the photos you will see the void on the corners on my  print.  I never use to get this problem before,  I did the Prusa slicer 2.0.0 upgrade a few months ago.  The top surface in the photo is the bottom layer. PTFE is the printing plate. using auto supports to help the ABS sick and not warp. Printed in a chamber.

It looks like its happening at the beginning of each layer.  Is it retraction? I could prove this by make the start random, this will mess the print up a bit.  the rest of the print is perfect.

I havent changed anything and still have my old profiles.

Of yes I forgot im using ABS, tried a few different brands and the same problem.  I have printed 50 of these cases inthe past and have never had this issue.  To night I will try another printer to see what happens.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Keep safe 🙂

Adrian.
