I’m looking to buy this stand for my printer. I’d like to get it with casters (all 4 casters are locking). The stand looks solid and heavy. Do you think the casters will create to much vibration?

I have this exact table (36x24) for my H2D and the 24x24 for my Core one. It don't use it with casters because there was too much wobble. I just use the fixed feet.

It's very heavy duty and expensive. You don't need this weight capacity for a 3d printer. A kitchen island unit would be cheaper. Or just a regular kitchen unit with wheels on the bottom.

Better to have more strength than is needed than less.

You can lock the rolling motion of the wheels on that unit -- but not the swivel/steering degree of freedom around the vertical axis. So it will still wobble when excited by a 3D printer (but won't drift off across the room).

Well if you have that budget, and don't mind being overstrong, you could look at industrial furniture instead of garage workshop furniture.

In an industrial environment you could DIY that with T-slot aluminium extrusion like a 3d printer frame (but heavier).

I would use 3030 for a printer but you want stronger, so 4545 should do it (1+3/4 inch I think)

10 meters of 4545 should be around 300 USD.

You also need 24 corner brackets, which you can print (and will be strong enough), and then you want a pack of anti-vibration feet.

I am thinking 900x600 top (about 3x2 feet) which means 3000mm or 3 meters for the top. You need a second lower shelf same size for rigidity and storage. Then you need 4x1000 for the legs. You want the leg pieces tapped for screw-in feet. 4545 should be tapped with M12. Use corner brackets everywhere else, if you don't want to tap for blind joints. 4545 has 10mm T-slot so you need (24x) 10mm slot t-nuts or sliding nuts, for M10 hardware and 24x M10 bolts (probably M10x14, but check).

If want to be cunning, make 2 of the legs taller and put a crossbars on for overhead lights or hang the MMU.

Yes, my two tables from uLine were expensive but worth it (to me). Very sturdy and the maple top is quite nice. I bought the smaller table with casters but really didn't have a need to move the table and I didn't like the wobble it caused.

I went a different direction because I mainly wanted something quieter and more kid-friendly for home use, so I ended up using the X-Maker Joy.

For smaller prints and beginner projects it’s been good, especially because the enclosed design keeps things feeling more stable and less intimidating around kids. I also didn’t want a setup where table vibration became another thing to troubleshoot.

That said, for larger/heavier printers like a Core One or XL, I’d personally avoid casters unless mobility is absolutely necessary. Even locking casters still allow a bit of swivel movement, and several people here already mentioned wobble becoming noticeable during printing.

A heavy fixed setup almost always seems to win for print consistency.

I use IKEA Bror trolley with a Core One L, after locking the wheels it wobbles a bit, though.

This is rather inevitable with this kind of wheels, so maybe better get a casters that can be converted to legs.
