RE: Printed Solid as a vendor

Doesn't Prusa own some (or all) of PrintedSolid? I would have though they would make the pricing more competitive. Anyway, just one more reason to buy direct from Prusa instead.

Very true. Wonder if JP is having buyer's regret regarding Printed Solid. I'm feeling a little with my recent purchase and that was less than a couple hundred bucks.

With the new tariff/shipping update from Prusa, it is once again cheaper, faster, and more reliable to order from Prusa itself.

Probably not as it still allows him to get big institutional sales with a "local US" company.  But yeah, I was wondering when the CORE ONE L would be at Printed Solid and if it were possibly cheaper for me to drive to DE to get it (I'm only a few hours away) than to order it from Prusa with shipping... But...

I'm pretty happy with Printed Solid - my two orders have shipped fast, and they are good about answering questions over the phone. If I expand my shop next year, I may just make the drive down to Delaware, check out the facility, and save myself the shipping cost (assume that prices otherwise align).

Prusa Core One, MK4S w/ MMU3 (formerly MK4 / MMU3, MK3S+/MMU2), 2 Prusa MINI+, Octoprint. ASA, PETG, PVB, (some) PLA.

I spoke with Dave at 3DPrintopia and at least as of then the showroom isn't open for walk-ins. He suggested contacting them first to schedule meeting someone for a purchase (and you might be able to get a facility tour scheduled if someone has time). They used to offer a discount for in-person pickup (because shipping is included in their prices to cover the "free shipping" order value tier), but I don't know if they are still doing that.
