Printables: Sorry, you have been blocked
I can't visit printables.com for a long time, tried to open a ticket by online chat, and the helpdesk didn't feedback to me in the past 1 month.
Does anyone have this problem?

I've tried to contact service desk and report my problem twice. But the issue was not fixed. A lot of people around me(in china) who have Original Prusa Printers, they have same problem. And they start to redirect to MW. That's bad.
I can't visit the site from my Laptop, Desktop PC, iPhone, iPad, VM System(Windows, Linux), any device.
I can't visit the site from my classroom, home, public 4G/5G network on any device too.
That's strange.

Well...most of the traffic going from China are DDoS, spam and malware so it is possible that you were just blocked by default just because the IP address was from China.
We will look into your issue.
