Printables Rewards
Will the rewards over on printables ever be expanded??
At the moment it's nice to be able to get the odd filament (irrespective of the high shipping cost!) but it would be nice for more items to be added - the USS Drybox would be a good start! Also the ability to place an order for several items using vouchers and have everything shipped together. At the moment if I want to order multiple items I have to order my rewards item separate from everything else, thus pay extra shipping for no reason......

While we wait for printables do something about this, friend of mine sells figures on myminifactory, makes a living off it.
For FDM, makerworld has very good rewards for popular models. Roughly speaking, one boost, or 50 downloads, or 25 makes, is a US dollar (not sure if this is current, that's for mid 2025)
I would prefer that rewards to be removed entirely, they are one of the main attractions for the floods of garbage 'designs' (often stolen or AI generated) that have polluted the site since they were introduced at the end of 2021 - in consequence Printables is now virtually useless.

It takes time to search through the garage, but it is far from useless.
