Polycarbonate gears

I made some polycarbonate gears out of the hobbyking translucent pc to open a garage door. It came out really well and is extremely strong but one thing I didn't realise is that pc doesn't have good fatigue resistance. Does anyone know of the proper lubricant to use for reducing the wear factor on my gears? I know I could have used nylon 6/6 or pom but I'd like to know how I can improve the wear factor on pc gears.

Thanks!

Re: Polycarbonate gears

I'm just going to use silicone based grease.
