PetG-V0 only compatible with mk4
Is there any reason why prusa petg-v0, in prusaslicer, is reported to be compatible only with mk4 and not mk3s?

Not sure, the only wording I see is:
The UL certification applies only for printing with Original Prusa MK3S+, MK4, and XL and approved profiles in PrusaSlicer
You can probably force it by removing the printer_model from the filament preset "Compatible printers condition" under Filaments -> Dependencies (in expert mode). If I were to guess, maybe it requires an all-metal hotend?
