Overall shopping experience has gone completely down hill

Ordered 7 rolls of filament over a week ago and has not processed. Contacted support they clearly don't know the company's shopping experience. Claimed that it takes 3-5 days to process and it's posted. NOT at all true. If one went to the site, select materials, and scroll to the filament you wish to purchase, one can just click "buy" then straight to check out. Then from there you select a carrier of choice and only time where there is any indication of time line expectation noted. 3-5 days via DHL to the rest of the world. Sure that is estimate time of delivery completely understandable. BUT no where in that series of click indicates 3-5 days of processing time. But seriously 3-5 days to pull filament off the shelf, package it and slap a shipping label on it??? If demands are high, order processing delays are expected, post a note everywhere on the page or at the minimum at the check out. Just a thought yeah? Love my mk3s+, but I believe Prusa has peaked and is on the other side of the hill. Anyone else having shopping experience issues?

I regularly order Prusament from them and the last order, which I received yesterday, took a bit longer (one or two days) than usual. I guess that's just because half of Europe is currently on sick leave - I would not be surprised if Prusa were short on staff right now.

Please keep in mind that this is a smallish company, not a giant like Amazon. 🙂
