Ooops. I can't get all the nearly invisible PETG off the smooth bed that came with my Prusa printer.
The print was fine - came off easy. But I can see the outline of the PETG parts I printed on the surface of all the PLA prints I've done since. They're all fine except for that. I've Googled about this but what comes back is info on getting PETG to stick to the bed. I have the opposite problem. How can I clean off that nearly invisible residue of PETG?

If cleaning with ISO alcohol does not work well enough to remove the PETG, you can also use acetone on the smooth sheets (but not the textured sheets). Refreshing the PEI coating with acetone is one of the cleaning techniques that Prusa recommends. I have found using acetone on the smooth sheets makes them perfect, just like as new.
