Nothing like 24/7 chat support that isn't 24/7
When you need help and the 24/7 chat service isn't available, your day goes from bat to worse. Sorry Prusa but very disappointed.

I tried to use 24/7 chat button in 3 different browsers and kept getting a javascript error preventing a page from loading. Fortunately there was the chat button in the lower corner and that worked.

I cannot get the chat window to show up. I need help in ordering a part, and I cannot get the support to get a part number. What happened? You guys used to be really great!
