mesh develops holes when i get ready to print or preview it

Hi does anyone have any idea as to how to fix this mesh issue ?

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Trade Secret!..... 

If you look in Print settings

XY Size compensation
This artificially changes the XY dimensions by an ammount set in the variable. in this case o.o7mm
This effectively made the model 0.14mm thicker  everywhere in X and Y Dimensions   which made the model thick enough for Prusa Slicer to recognise and slice.

You could probably also have reduced the extrusion width to achieve a similar effect however that would require a smaller nozzle. 
Or you could have unlocked the world co ordinate scaling function and thickened the model to achieve a similar result...

XY size compensation is a quick and dirty option that is surprisingly useful.
