Login with every visit......
Why is it that I have to hit the 'Login' button with every visit to the forum? It doesn't even ask for my login credentials - I just have to press the button and it logs in. Is this a purpose built feature, since I fail to see the point of this unnecessary step?

RE: Login with every visit......
Interesting question as I never have to! I look at the forum a couple of times a day to see if there is anything interesting to follow and learn from. I joined a couple of years ago about the time I bought a mini and have logged on a few times to a ask a question or two or even answer but have never been asked to when I am just browsing so I was a bit shocked to see this question. I visit the site with "https://forum.prusa3d.com/", and go to the "Mini" section or wherever my interest is peeked. Hope this helps!
RE: Login with every visit......
I have to click the login in button pretty regularly too, although not every time. Do you also use a VPN like I do ? I had attributed it to the use of the VPN but that was only a supposition on my part.
RE:
I don't use a VPN. And the issue is the same on Mac or iOS.
EDIT: #3 on my list of annoyances: sometimes the little bubble notifications that pop up when you reply or do other things, instead of using English "successfully replied ", it pops up in Czech, French, or other languages. Not sure if it's a bug or an intent to create interest in learning foreign languages...

RE: Login with every visit......
The login issue happens for me irrespective of OS or browser (no VPN) - I use Edge/Chrome on Windows 10 at work and Safari on OSX or iOS - issue is same on all. Seems after a set period, maybe 30 mins or so I guess, it wants you to press the login button again, but doesn't actually need credentials. It's like it needs to read the cookie on your computer, realises that it's already been authorised, then goes straight through as normal.

RE: Login with every visit......
Well, when I log out before leaving the site, I have to login and enter my 2-factor authentication to log back in.
Not sure wha the issue is. We should be loving our every time to prevent account misuse.

RE: Login with every visit......
Actually no, you shouldn't have to log out every time you leave the site - not if you are on a personal computer that is not shared with others. I wouldn't want to have to log back in with 2FA every time I visit a forum site that holds no sensitive information that I need to protect. Like other forum sites, I should be able to visit the site and be in the same logged-in state as when I left my last session. This site does do that as I do not have to log back in again, but it seems to want me to press the login button each time, as if it needs to re-register my visit......

RE: Login with every visit......
It seems like it is logging me out far more frequently than before.
I really wish that they would increase the time for a forced logout.
