                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are a bunch of "splice jigs" on printables, e.g., https://www.printables.com/model/215865-filament-splicing-jig</p><p>IMHO, life's too short for this. You've got to shape the splice sites just right, and from my experience with the Mosaic Palette, which basically does exactly that kind of splicing in a better engineered way, splicing different brands of material and even just different colors is super unreliable unless you spend way too much time tuning the slice process for each combination. I'm sure these manual splice jigs have the same issues.</p><p> </p>]]></content:encoded>
