Is vertical nozzle movement result of initial bed leveling measurement?

At normal speed the vertical nozzle movement can be seen as well, but you have to concentrate.
I sped up a 2h 3Dprint 60×, and the resulting 2min video shows vertical movement much more clear.
So is vertical nozzle movement result of initial bed leveling measurement?
