Is Prusament actually shipping
It’s now been two full weeks since Prusament hit the e-shop.
My order was placed on the 21st.
E-shop says allow “1 week” of processing before shipping.
Earlier in the week an online chat rep said allow 7 working days.
So now it’s been 10 working and 14 calendar days and still “processing”
At the risk of sounding like a junkie, Is Prusament actually shipping? And where’s my stuff? I need my stuff!!!

Isn't that how it usually works, though? First off the line go to the reviewers?
Maybe they should take a cue from the movie business, and send out the trailers (review copies/samples) before general release... 😉 Many of the game companies do that as well.

Yes, I got two rolls last week. Pretty good stuff. Can't wait to get it from Amazon.

Many users have already received silver; I also have galaxy and lipstick and waiting on the pink and blue.
As usual, I don't think PR quite understood what the demand would be.

I am one of those that won a roll of galaxy black in the survey earlier this year.
I don't know where survey winners rank in the queue amongst reviewers and pre-orders, but I haven't heard anything yet.

As a purchaser of a built Mk3 I am eligible for a 10% discount on filaments.
I notice if you select czk as the currency there is a red flag with "-10%" and a revised price, but if I select USD there is no discount applied.
I now believe I have made a mistake in ordering in USD and not CZK (actually a double mistake as bank conversion fees will apply twice for me (AUD))
I wonder if Prusa has any comment on this?

Just for reference for others who see that previous exchange and and say “Whaaaaaat? 10% off?!”
For me , purchasing in USD, I see no indication of the discount on the e-shop, but the price is discounted.
Oh and I got home from work today to find 3 spools on my doorstop, so super happy!

I have a question about the delivery time of the "Prusament".
I ordered a spool of the silver ones on 09/22/2018. The shop quotes that one week's preparation time to delivery is expected. Today the 4th week of waiting has started. So now to my question: How you get it done to offer in the shop today a delivery with a week preparation time, if I have already waited 3 weeks?
Don't get me wrong. I'm trying to be patient but like my junkie friend of the 1st post I need this stuff. Life is not funny on cold turkey and the status "shipping soon" (since about 10 days) seems rather taunting to me....I should get a life. 🙄

I ordered rolls on the 10th of October and they shipped yesterday. Maybe some of your order is on back order but I suggest you contact Prusa via the live chat

Wow. I ordered 3 rolls: silver, red, and blue, on Sept 21st. The order was delayed by the Red, but shipped on Oct 8th, and delivered on the 11th. You definitely need to reach out to support.
Now I’m just hoping that they can supply Amazon before I run out again...
